MARCH 8 is celebrated annually around the world and Solomon Islands is part of this celebration recognizing women’s roles, values and their contribution in all works of life.
Today in Honiara the country’s capital over a thousand women, girls and even men joined hands to celebrate the annual event with a colorful parade from the Honiara City Council to town ground.
