Honiara, Tulagi, Auki, and Noro – In preparation for the upcoming general election, Provincial Assemblies election, and the Honiara City Council election, Solomon Water announces adjustments to its business hours.
According to their statement it says on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, Solomon Water’s Cashier and Customer Care Centers located in Honiara (BJS & Panatina Plaza), Tulagi, Auki, and Noro will remain closed. This closure is in observance of the polling day for the aforementioned elections.
To ensure uninterrupted access to water services during this period, CashWater customers are encouraged to register with alternative payment platforms such as Aelan Digital Services, BRED Solomon Connect, BSP Mobile Banking, Iumi Cash, Ezi Pei, and M-SELEN. These platforms offer 24/7 cash water top-up services.
Additionally, Solomon Water advises CashWater customers to maintain a minimum of 5 days of top-up credit on their cash water meters at all times. This precautionary measure is intended to prevent any inconvenience during unforeseen circumstances.
Normal business operations, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, will resume on Thursday, April 18, 2024, and onwards.
