所罗门群岛总理马内莱向中国领导层致以春节祝贺
Prime Minister Hon. Jeremiah Manele MP has sent his warmest greetings to President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Qiang of the People’s Republic of China, marking the celebration of the Chinese Lunar New Year 2025.
In his message, Prime Minister Manele emphasized the strong and enduring relationship between Solomon Islands and China, highlighting the deepened political trust and flourishing exchanges in the areas of economics, culture, and people-to-people connections.
“As we celebrate this joyous occasion, we extend our well wishes to all Chinese peoples in China and all over the world. May 2025, the year of the Snake bring good health, happiness, peace and prosperity to you and to all your people. We also acknowledge the deepening of our bilateral relations and we continue to stand firm in our commitment to respect and uphold the One China Principle.”
Prime Minister Manele also expressed his gratitude for the Comprehensive Medical Centre, funded and built by China, acknowledging the significant role it plays in advancing the country’s health priorities.
“Solomon Islands appreciates the tremendous role that the People’s Republic of China play in supporting and lifting Solomon Islands achieve many of its development aspirations, establishing itself as an indispensable development partner,” he added.
The Chinese Lunar New Year’s eve was January 29th, 2025.

马内尔总理还对中国资助和建设的综合医疗中心表示感谢，承认其在推动国家健康优先事项方面的重要作用。
“所罗门群岛非常感激中华人民共和国在支持和帮助所罗门群岛实现许多发展愿望方面所发挥的巨大作用，使其成为不可或缺的发展伙伴，”他补充道。
中国农历新年除夕为2025年1月29日。
